PAYMENT:	1. MasterCard and VISA. 2. Prepayment with cash or check. 3. Net 30 days upon credit approval.
CUSTOM SIZE:	Custom sizes are available. Prices and minimum quantities vary, call for a quotation.
SHIPPING:	All orders ship freight prepaid within the 10 provinces. Additional freight charges will be applied to orders shipping outside of the above area.
MINIMUM ORDER:	1 carton.
PRICING:	Prices are subject to change without notice.
RETURNS:	All returns must be made within 30 days after receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and an authorization number from South Asia Plastics. All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned shipments must be sent prepaid to South Asia Plastics, Scarborough, ON.
CLAIMS:	The carrier upon his acceptance of the shipment assumes responsibility for your orders safe delivery. South Asia Plastics is not liable for loss or damage by any carrier. All claims must be filed with the carrier within their specified time period for claims.
LIMITED WARRANTY:	Since South Asia Plastics exercise no control over the way in which our products are stored, handled, or used after shipment from our premises, no warranty, express or implied, is made as to the effects of their use. Our products are offered in good faith and our representatives are available to help the customer obtain the best results based on information and tests believed reliable. Our only warranty obligation is to replace or accept return of material, which South Asia Plastics have determined to be defective. South Asia Plastics makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without any limitation, and any implied warranty of merchantability. No person is authorized to make any representation or warranty on behalf of South Asia Plastics and any such statement shall not be binding.
